WE ARE ONE 7’s Tournament 24th of may 2026

The WE ARE ONE 7’s is a community-led, family-friendly rugby tournament taking place on Sunday 24th May at Redruth RFC, created to raise awareness and start meaningful conversations around mental health in sport.

Bringing together men’s, women’s, social, invitational, and mixed-ability teams from across Cornwall, the day is about far more than results. It is about connection, inclusion, and supporting one another on and off the pitch.

The event has been designed to be welcoming for all ages, with a positive atmosphere focused on community rather than drinking culture. Alongside the rugby, the day will celebrate the incredible work of local mental health charities, delivered in partnership with Man Down Cornwall and Georgia’s Voice, with all entry fees supporting mental health causes.

Every team taking part will receive a framed WE ARE ONE shirt to hang in their clubhouse as a lasting reminder that support exists and conversation matters.

Whether you are a player, a supporter, or a family member, the WE ARE ONE 7’s is about coming together, showing up for each other, and reminding everyone that no one has to struggle alone.
